Rushforth Construction Company, Inc, a leader in the private commercial construction market has immediate openings for highly qualified & motivated individuals to fill the following positions based out of our office located in Tacoma, WA.  Rushforth is looking for individuals with construction experience in commercial "TEAM BUILD" projects.

Assistant Project Manager. This role primarily assists the Project Manager and Superintendent with performing tasks and administrative duties. Rushforth is looking for an individual with three years of Assistant Project Manager (Project Engineer) experience in commercial construction with "TEAM BUILD" projects.  Our ideal candidate will have new construction experience and will be proficient with Prolog, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project software.

Project Manager. We are looking for an individual with significant expertise as a Project Manager in commercial "TEAM BUILD" projects. As our new Project Manager you will be responsible for project administration in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. At all times the Project Manager and Project Superintendent will be working together as a team to ensure a productive and efficient working environment for both the field personnel and the office staff. Our ideal candidate will have10 years of Project Manager experience in commercial construction, including office buildings, medical warehouses, retail, senior housing, mixed use, and renovations with excellent references.
