Project Management Trainee

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: This newly created position will assist account manager(s) with the following: Individual project planning; Pre-Construction meetings, Site set up, Job start up, Job monitoring, and Post job close out of individual reroofing projects for National customers. Additionally, assist with the planning and managing of national roof audit roll outs and the communication with the national customer and our 28 internal operating units.   Review of the national reporting tool audits and assisting our 28 operating units with Tecta Tracker field data collection. Review the reports for thoroughness and accuracy prior to customer review.   Assist account manger in working with the customers and manufacturers in developing master specifications for a national customer.   Administrative tasks – this role will also assist our national sales team with various administrative responsibilities.

This position requires qualified candidates that are able to lift up to 25 pounds and the ability to climb ladders on a repetitive basis. Candidates must be comfortable occasionally working on actual job sites (without a fear of heights).  Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, strong Microsoft Office Suite experience and valid driver’s license required.   Tecta America offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.   Please Email your resume with salary requirements to careers@tectaamerica.com .
