Assistant Project Manager to a Project Manager-- Interior Commercial Construction LOCATION: Washington, DCSALARY: Open based on experience + bonus + benefits + relocation allowance We have been engaged by a leading General Commercial Contractor (GC) because of its award-winning projects. This privately held company works with prominent real estate clients and architectural firms in the Greater DC, MD and VA area.Client is looking for 2 people to join their team: A.)  Looking to add an Interior APM (Assistant Project Manager to a PM) with 2 to 5 to 7 plus years experience to grow their team. B.)  Also looking for one Base Building PM who can oversee a $10M building in concrete and steel, experience working on projects that are in DC and have tight space requirement, concrete and steel, new construction and interior renovation (tenant fit-out) Someone with an who , an and wants to eventually develop their own group underneath them. You will have high visibility, great benefits and take your career to the next level.
