Project Manager - Commercial Construction $$$$

  Our client, a highly respected and ENR top 400 Commercial Builder with services across a broad spectrum of industries, including education, healthcare/biomedical, entertainment, retail, industrial and government--has a unique opportunity in their Palm Springs/Inland Empire office.  With an impressive backlog of work in the local market, our client seeks a Project Manager who will have the opportunity to work and be mentored by some the industry's most respected builders, and be set up to assume their role in the future.


This person will be responsible for managing projects through the construction process as well as maintaining budgets, time lines, schedules, construction plans and overseeing daily activity of superintendents, coordinators and subcontractors. Additional duties include on-site supervision of quality control, material delivery, safety, closeouts and daily reporting.

Requirements


·  3+ years of large Commercial Project Management experience

 · 4 year degree preferred

·  Ability to prepare/analyze budgets and financial data

·  Strong Southern California  contacts (City, subcontractors and consultants)

·  Ability to meet exacting timetables/deadlines.

·  Computer Literate and proficient with scheduling software

·  Strong written and verbal skills
