Project Manager / Customer Service Rep - Granite Countertops

INNOVATIVE STONE,a leading provider of natural stone products, needs resourceful experienced Project Support Liaison (Customer Service) Representatives to work in our Bordentown, NJ fabrication facility. The Project Support Liaison will support our customer service requirements for new and existing installations and serve as the liaison between The Home Depot, fabrication and field service staff, sales, customers and accounting.  Responsibilities include: · Identification, confirmation and consolidation of customer's granite countertop requirements · Coordination with fabricators and customers to provide and support project schedule dates · Evaluation of customer timelines to reduce cycle time · Answer incoming calls in an ACD environment · Problem resolution to ensure complete customer satisfaction

 

Candidates should be articulate and resourceful, requiring a very pleasing telephone personality as well as the patience and calmness to professionally handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls.

 

This position requires at least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a position in Customer Service/Project management. 

 

Hours may be from 9 AM to 6 PM, with one hour lunch break. 

 

Candidates must have the ability to analyze data, evaluate problems, and initiate applicable and timely resolutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a professional manner with individuals at all organizational levels under fast-paced critical conditions are essential to success in this position A working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel) is required.  We are searching for a team-player with excellent time management and organizational skills (i.e., a "multi-tasker"), a strong customer focus and an extreme sense of urgency.
