Project Manager
The ideal candidate possesses background in Commercial Building Construction and a minimum of Five years experience in project management or estimating.

Functions/Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Project planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Safety Director to assure the compliance with Project Safety Program in accordance with the Company Project Safety Standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Build relationships with project team.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Coordinate all subcontractor activity.
• Lead and participate in all project meetings.
• Prepare accurate billing statements.
• Develop, complete and comprehend project schedules procurement.
• Keep accurate project records.
• Perform final close-out and punch list on projects.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Knowledge of commercial construction techniques.
• Demonstrated decision making skills.
• Ability to work in high production environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy at all times.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
• B.S. degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 plus years prior experience in the construction industry.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in scheduling with Microsoft Project and Primavera Project Planner.
• Possession of a valid Louisiana Driver’s License.
