This project manager will immediately jump into building project types that include, Commercial Office Buildings, Corporate Campus Offices, Hospitals, MOB, Healthcare, Specialty Restaurants, Retail Shopping, Big Box, Warehouse, Distribution, Educational (K-12, University & Private), Churches, Government, Hotel, Hospitality, Condominium, Apartments, Assisted Living, Student Housing, Call Centers, Switch Centers, Neighborhood Shopping Centers, Light Manufacturing, Fast Food Restaurants, Parking Structures and other similar General Commercial Building projects. Expected Experience:Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience: - 4+ years of experience in working for a general contractor as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.- BS Degree in Construction Sciences or Engineering- able to develop solid working relationships with superintendents and other project stakeholders- able to demonstrate the initiative to make a project happen, not just let the project happen- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost for division bid packages- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills- able to demonstrate pricing that is win-win based - stable employment background and work history- Favorable reports from recent and past “peer group” or direct senior management references- Proficient in spreadsheet based estimating or estimating with software like MC2 or Timberline.- Proficient with project management support software such as SureTrak/MS Project and Expedition/Prolog- Willingness to work in team environment.
