Project Manager - Systems Group

We have an immediate need for a Project Manager for our Systems Group.  The position will work out of our Fullerton, CA office

 

This position requires an individual that has experience in TEAM building with owners/vendors/Subcontractors/General Contractors.

 Job Duties:

 

Ø  Oversee, direct, and be able to project (know what is going on) systems projects from beginning to end

Ø  Read and understand weekly labor report, project and influence field labor

Ø  Wants to learn SASCO forms, systems, reports, means and methods, and “rules” at SASCO

Ø  Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions

Ø  Lead the finalization of the design of various systems

Ø  Lead the pricing/costing of various systems

Ø  Lead Subcontractors in performing to required standards

Ø  Identify new business opportunities

 

Preferred Job Requirements:

 

Ø  Experience as a Systems Project Manager on hard bid and design build large projects.  Includes overseeing the design, installation and implementation of Information Technology Low Voltage Systems.  Typical systems are; Paging, Intercom, Security, CATV, Access Control, CCTV, Local Area Network, Wireless, Audio/Visual, Dynamic Displays, and Telephone.

Ø  Structured Cabling planning and implementation

Ø  Network planning and implementation

Ø  Estimating experience

Ø  Sales

Ø  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø  Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image

Ø   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
