Position Description:

Gilbane, the nation’s sixth largest construction manager, has an opening in Texas for a Project Manager specializing in Healthcare.Profile: Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Executive with the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Engineers and Superintendents.Experience: A minimum of 15 years experience on $50 million - $100 million healthcare construction projects. Knowledge of Prolog, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Excel and Word preferable.Responsibilities: Jobsite responsibilities include, but are not limited to: direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.; work in a team environment with other Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents. Education Requirement: The successful candidate should be a BS or MS [Engineering / Construction Management preferred] graduate.
