Project Manager for Custom & Luxury Division

Paramount Windows is now hiring a Project Manager for its Custom and Luxury home division. This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in high end Luxury home glazing. The perfect candidate will be one that possesses strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail while working in a fast paced time sensitive environment. The following attributes are a must:Must have a complete understanding of how to do a window and door take off and be well versed in reading blue prints, understanding details, reviewing shop drawings, and have intimate knowledge of all applicable glazing codes. Must have experience and understanding of high end fenestration products such as Aluminum clad wood windows, all wood, furniture quality windows, Western High End Aluminum windows, and their applications. Must have practical glazing experience and be proficient in the latest installation techniques.Must have above average computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Word. Some CAD experience helpful. Must be detailed and uncompromising in the creation of installation diagrams and various job details.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to handle the pressure of a faced paced highly detailed and time sensitive environment. Must be a quick learner and willing to work the hours necessary to get the job done. Must be customer service oriented and have a strong desire to do it right the first time and take pride in a job well done. Must have knowledge of contract language and scope of work documents and how to interpret them.
