Proposal Coordinator

Develop RFQ and RFP responses, and play an integral role in the development of presentations, and other interactive marketing materials and programs for Preconstruction, Construction Management and General Contracting Services’ pursuits and prospects.

Support Vice Presidents, Project Executives and sales professionals in the development and design of well-researched, written proposals for clients within the academic, healthcare, corporate and commercial markets.

Responsibilities:

§ Work with members of the Marketing Department to determine the appropriate methodology in creating marketing and presentation materials and create a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials within proposal packages.

§ Create and maintain proposal files and records in both paper and electronic form.

§ Develop additional templates to ensure consistency and fast turn-around. 

§ Develop the standard elements of each proposal to create proposal modules to streamline future proposals requiring similar elements.  

§ Assist in maintenance of standard proposal material including resumes, project descriptions and client reference information. 

§ Assist with writing technical, corporate and marketing materials.

 

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will demonstrate creativity and excellent writing / editing skills and should have a working knowledge of construction. Candidates must be well organized, professional and capable of readily handling periodic high pressure and tight deadlines.  Ability to effectively and efficiently respond to complex inquiries from clients, co-workers, and management.  Experience in the construction or engineering/architectural industry is a must.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuarkXPress.
