Northstar Neighborhoods is growing and opening new communities. This expansion creates the need for experienced realtors to join our team.  We are looking to hire multiple individuals:

§ Experienced, Licensed New Home Sales Agents to work in our neighborhoods. 

§ Customer Service Attitude and Computer Skills are a MUST to join our Sales Team. 

§ Interested candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience. 

§ Currently need New Home Sales Agents for New Home Communities in Lawrenceville, Flowery Branch and Cumming.

 

Duties:

* Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers; meeting potential sellers in community activities.

* Develops buyers by meeting potential buyers in community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries.

* Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; writing a contract.

* Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting competition properties; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.

* Accomplishes builder mission by completing related results as needed.

* Maintains company prospect/ lead database.  Completes reports and paperwork as needed.
