Here is a position that we are looking to fill:

Regional Field Coordinator: This individual is the field representative to ensure all repairs are completed according to codes/standards.  The position entails facilitating technical support and supervision of contractors, supporting insurance adjusters, performing inspections, and other assignments

Skills Needed:Minimum 5 years experience in the construction field with 3+ years in the roofing industryExperience with insurance restoration/ repairs and reading of loss estimatesExperience using Estimating systems Working knowledge and proficiency in Xactimate is a plusMust be a self-starter and comfortable working autonomouslyStrong Interpersonal and problem solving skillsWilling to help all those involved succeed in our programAble to develop and implement new policies and procedures as they ariseCapable of climbing to heights of at least 12’, as well as roofs with up to a 12/12 pitch

Job Responsibilities

 Level 1 responsibilitiesRequired to travel up to 75%Communicate frequently with Carriers, Contractors and Home Owners in regard to the status of the repair to their property.Help research and develop storm guidelines/ documentationInterface with all building and inspection organizationsVisit program cities and supervise contractorsUpdate company tracking system with job progressFacilitate meetings between home owners and contractorsPerform Field inspectionsTrain and support new contractors on Program ProcessesParticipate in any company or carrier functions as necessary
