Regional Sales Manager - Mid-South Region

Primary Responsibilities

 

Individual will responsible for the outside sales duties within a designated territory as directed by the Regional Sales Director and will include: 

 

-Attainment of annual sales volume and footage budgets.

- Business Development and territory growth by using pull through sales skills.  Requires    meeting with contractors, architects, distributors/ dealers, consultants and other influence.

            - Creating and implementing a strategic growth plan.

-Maintaining and forwarding relevant data on competitive products, strategies and information within territory.

-Implementation of marketing plans consistent with company direction.

-Providing sales forecast information for designated territory to assist operations in planning and inventories.

-Fiscally responsible management of designated sales region.

-Involvement and appropriate handling of customer issues

 

Requirements            

 

A minimum 3 years of sales experience in either the Commercial Roofing or Building Materials industries is essential – resumes that do not reflect this experience will not be considered. 

Overnight travel is required.  Most territories require at least 30% overnight travel.

Individual must be computer literate, proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
