Job Purpose:



To sell New In ground Gunite Swimming Pools and Custom Swimming pool remodels.

Job Description:

 

Meet with Prospective clients to determine their outdoor needs.

 

Design the client’s swimming pool and outdoor environment.

 

Present the client with the design and sell the project.



Increasing Average Sales though Upgrades and Add On Products


Generate, Qualify and Follow Up on all Sales Leads from Multiple Sources


Monitor Customer Relates Concerns after the Sale


Provide Product Information and Assist in Product Selection Based on Customer Needs


Assist in Developing and Managing Promotion Advertising and Sales Events


Assist in Investigation New Products

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the Swimming Pools and/or Spa Industry 

Minimum 2 to 5 Years Experience in Swimming Pool & Renovation Sales

Excellent Listening and Verbal Skills

Sales Driven, Able to Multi task

Organized and Outgoing

Self-Sufficient and Pro-Active

Ability to Learn and Retain Products and Technical Information

Must have a background in design and sales. knowledge of CAD, Pool Draw, or Structure Studio a plus.
