Leading Metroplex HVAC Company seeking a Residential Sales Rep. Duties include: Performing consultation with residential clients to determine needs and desires for replacement comfort equipment and accessories. Developing and maintaining a referral based lead generation system.

Requirements: Excellent phone, customer and organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, mechanically inclined, self motivator, good work ethic, neat and clean appearance. Drug test, background check and driving record must be clean. Work will be in DFW metroplex area. Weekend and evening work will be required, knowledge of HVAC industry and Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Salary Range: Commission and salary up to $100k for the right individual. Great benefits Package!
