Resort Operations/Development Manager
Luxury Boutique Residential Developer is seeking a dynamic, self motivated individual as a Resort Operations/Development Manager for our Pacific NW location.
Looking for a highly motivated individual that is a "difference maker". Executive level position that has responsibility over all facets of a Beautiful Luxury Residential Community on a Ski Lake. Community is partially constructed. The community has HOA staff members, homeowners and renters on the property as well as prospects and ongoing sales activities.
Prefer an individual with a broad scope of knowledge and abilities to perfect and facilitate the lifestyle component of our high end luxury condominium resort community; as well as the scope of knowledge to oversee new construction. Must have leadership ability and decision making skills.

Experience:
Experience with working in a lead role either as a Project Manager/General Manager or a similar lead role on high end residential condo or town home projects.
Experience with Resort and Hospitality Services in a leadership position.
High end hotel, condo-hotel experience. Start up or major renovations in a leadership role. PM, GM etc.
High end new construction – preferably condo or townhouse 800K up to 3 million per residence
High end vertical construction experience
Experience with setting budgets and manipulating data.
Manage multiple complex parallel projects and meet multiple deadlines
Ability and experience in working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Effective written, oral and interpersonal skills
Superior Communication skills
Self motivated and directed
Keen attention to detail
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressured environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Business or a another field with the appropriate experience.
Specific duties:
In high quality fashion, on time, within budget, implement development of project including product development(construction), marketing, sales, and hospitality and property management. Responsible for all aspects of the project through completion.
Actively monitor relationship between the customer/prospect/homeowners in designated community. Function as advocate for developer and the customer to insure quality of product.
Serve as developer's representative in monitoring overall quality of the site at all times.Create unit and common area punch lists; verify timely completion of outstanding items. Communicate with design consultants as needed to insure proper notice of quality control issues and follow-through by responsible parties.
Coordination of all government related permitting, licensing and other approval issues. Emphasis on tracking, scheduling and achieving of all action items, etc. Ensure compliance with all governmental agencies. Develop and maintain friendly and proper working relationships with various key Government officials and staff.
Cultivate and maintain a network of contacts (Governmental officials, media, brokers, prospects, master developers, hoteliers, contractors, consultants, vendors, suppliers, local business people, etc.) for benefit of project.
Monitor and track budgetary needs, including Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality and Property Operations and soft costs.
Actively contribute ideas, comments, advice, and recommendations based upon recognized technical expertise in order to improve the understanding and quality of output of the group.
Assure Profitability: Responsible for achievement of anticipated income and profitability on the project by disciplined controls of costs, quality, schedule and revenue
Develop the Team: Responsible for the selection, development and retention of qualified members working harmoniously in managing daily operations to achieve results.
Assure the implementation of our Mission Statement. Responsible for providing the highest level of service to buyers, investors, lenders, management, consultants, etc. Consistent with the standards established by company. Lifestyle.
Productivity of the team. Responsible for the establishment standards in all project positions, the matching of jobs with people, the establishment of personal development programs for individuals and prompt performance evaluations.
