Restoration Sales/Estimator

 

Our client is a restoration specialist with offices in the Cranberry area.  They are looking for a Restoration Sales/Estimator to sell and estimate damage restoration services as well as retail construction services through final payment.  This position is responsible for participating and/or supervising on-site emergency crews and Leads on restoration Emergency Services in accordance with the policies, procedures and professional practices of the organization.

 

 The successful candidate will have an associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or three to four years’ related experience and/or training. 

 The position is well-suited to someone with a background in construction. 

 The keys to good performance in this position include advanced supervisory, management and leadership skills, a strong understanding of computerized estimating, logical and analytical reasoning, quantitative analysis skills, excellent decision-making and problem solving skills, detail oriented, independent and self-disciplined individual with time management and organizational skills.

 Above all, the candidate should be able to work well with customers and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
