Exceptional Long-Term Income Potential for "A" PlayersAre you motivated by high-income potential?  Do you believe in being rewarded for individual performance?  If so, our client can provide the environment that will allow you to meet your career and income goals if you're an aggressive, proven and  professional sales person.  Our client is a major distributor of construction products and building materials used in most forms of commercial construction.  Their sales are primarily generated through the architectural specification process working with commercial architects, designers, developers, property owners and project owners.  As such, they are seeking two experienced Sales people for two New Jersey territories--the North/Northeastern part of the state and the Southern part of state covering part of the Greater Philadelphia area and Wilmington, DE.To start, a competitive base salary will be included along with commission opportunity, company car and a complete benefits package that includes a matching 401(k), medical/dental insurance, etc.  Ultimately, the position will become mostly commission-driven--which is unlimited--with annual income expected to be in the $100k range.  Longer term, top producers with this company can earn in excess of $150k annually. To qualify for this exceptional opportunity, you should have the following skills and experience: Successful sales experience dealing with some type of construction-related product used in commercial building projects MUST HAVE proven experience dealing with commercial architects and designers and a solid understanding of the specification sales process Experience working in a commission-based environment and the ability provide evidence of your success via W-2 tax forms, etc. MUST currently reside in one of the territories mentioned above; there is no relocation available for these positions.
