SUPERINTENDENT (COMMERCIAL)

 

Commercial General Contractor has immediate openings for project superintendents for its commercial, retail, restaurant and hospitality projects.

 

Job Description  Supervision of commercial, retail, hospitality and restaurants Co-ordination with multiple subcontractors Working alongside the Project Manager Inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications Reviewing technical specs and plans for code compliance RFI's Documentation control Scheduling Planning Daily Logs

 

Qualifications  Proven track record - minimum 5 years experience Able to read blueprints Computer literate Path scheduling Solution oriented with previous experience working with Project Management team Professional communication skills Must be well organized Must be solution oriented Must have team oriented approach with people skills Must be highly motivated
