SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

 

NK DAVID CONSTRUCTORS, a dynamic General Contractor serving financial services and retail clients, is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years experience of having worked in a small to medium sized construction firm.

 

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in both tenant improvement and ground up construction.  Educational and experience requirements include four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience. Minimum of four years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures required. Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups essential. This individual must have the ability to manage multiple projects, be organized and detail oriented, be able to read blueprints and layout projects. Reliable transportation is necessary.

 

This position requires a trustworthy, motivated, problem-solving individual who is able to prioritize.

 

Time management, initiative, trade mastery, organization skills, and a cooperative "team" attitude are specific competencies and attributes we desire.
