We are seeking an individual for a sales support role. Our sales support team provides sales and marketing assistance to our field based employee population nationwide.

 

Reporting to our Corporate Sales Manager, this individual will work directly with a seasoned corporate leadership team which has a direct impact on our corporate growth.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Maintenance of various customer and prospect databases which include ACT and Navision and the conversion of these to a new state of the art CRM system.  Assist in creation and execution of various direct marketing campaigns. Provide support with sales presentations, data management, sales coordination and communications. 

 

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field perferred.  Strong database and Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). CRM experience a plus.

 

Preferred candidates:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; experience within a sales support role preferred.  Project management skills, creativity, attention to detail, positive attitude, and a collaborative nature are needed to be successful.  Flexibility with work hours and work direction are necessary.  The ability to multi-task within a team environment while constantly adding value is crucial.
