Sales Assistant - Las Vegas

Norman S.Wright Mechanical Equipment Corporation has an opening for a self motivated Sales Assistant in their Las Vegas office. 

 

Founded in 1906, Norman S.Wright Mechanical Equipment Corporation is one of the largest HVAC Manufacturer's Representatives in the country.  We have offices throughout California, Nevada, Utah, Hawaii and Guam.

 

The Sales Assistant works closely with the Sales Engineers to price out new equipment; using the Company's data entry system enters new orders; prepares submittals and O & M s; follows up on pending orders an has solid general office skills.

 

Skills should include:data entryadministrative writing skillsunderstanding customers and customer focusaccuracy and attention to detailexcellent organizational skillsexcellent computer skills including, Word, Outlook and Excel3-4 years of previous office experience

Basic Duties are:Maintaining data base informationResolving order problems by investigating data and history, notifying manager and customersProvide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information and answering questions
