General Description:

An Eagle Mountain Sales Leader delivers exceptional service through developing customer relationships, increasing market share and generating profitable sales.  The customers will include but will not be limited to Contractors, HVAC installers, Plumbing contractors and installers, Architects and direct consumers.

 

The Right Sales Representative:Maintains close customer relations and satisfaction. Is Technically Saavy Places orders and completes all necessary paperwork. Completes customer proposals. Prospects for new builder accounts. Meets or exceeds sales goals monthly. Must be results oriented and performance based as this is a commissioned position. Provide monthly forecasts in a timely manner. Effectively resolves all customer issues interfacing effectively with other departments. All other tasks as assigned.

Work experience requirements:

· Must have exceptional follow up skills

· Must be able to communicate effectively in person and on the phone

·  Must be customer focused and able to close sales

· Must be eighteen years of age or older

· Must pass the Drug Test

· Must pass the Background Check

· Familiar with ACT or similar CRM

· Thorough knowledge on Microsoft Office programs

 

Years of Relevant Work Experience - 5 years MINIMUM

 

Preference will be given to those with an HVAC, Alternative Energy systems or building background and or similar sales experience.

Education Requirements

·  Bachelors degree or 5 years related work experience
