We are seeking new team members to help us buy and re-sell real estate in the Houston market.

This is NOT a RETAIL real estate position!! We do not list properties to the general public, we do not have open houses and we do very little evening and weekend work.  We encourage all those that are highly motivated to succeed, people-oriented and that have a great personality to apply for this position. 

The company provides all resources necessary for you to earn a spectacular income.  This is not a "business opportunity" or "partnership opportunity."  Employees do not pay to work here, they get paid.  Average first year earnings are $60,000 growing to well over $100,000 in the second year.  The top 10% of our sales force earn over $150,000 per year.  We maintain a small office with no more than 8 employees for each manager.  Only local travel is required.

Job Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not required

 

*2+ years successful sales, marketing or customer service related activities preferred

 

*Ability to negotiate a profitable deal

 

*Candidates must be internally motivated to succeed and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

 

*Excellent organizational and follow-up skills a must

 

*Must be willing to work as part of a team

 

*Must be willing and able to get a real estate sale's license upon starting with the company
