Sales Representative – Multifamily Housing (Southeast U.S.A.)

 

CRG Residential, LLC is looking for a sales representative for our southeast region office. Headquartered in Carmel, IN, CRG is a well-established, multi-state leader in multifamily housing renovations (interior and exterior). Our umbrella of companies can also include developing and building ground up apartment projects. We offer a complete menu of options and services for a sales representative to market in the southeast. We seek to expand our presence in the southeast and continue our aggressive growth pattern with the right person leading the sales effort.

 

Duties:

 

- Establish new customers to sell CRG’s brand name and diversified services.

- Call on and strengthen the current customer base in the region. This includes cross-selling our services that current clients have not used in the past.

- Represent CRG with the utmost professionalism and ethics that are consistent with our core values.

- Properly and timely report on all sales activities and status of deals to management.

- Potentially manage a satellite sales office in the region if sales volume calls for more support and personnel to meet objectives.

- Expand existing national accounts.

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry. 

- A solid and working understanding of construction practices, terminology, techniques with the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge in writing as well as in face-to-face meetings with customers.

- A demonstrated ability to generate sales, primarily with new customers, without supervision and direction. This needs to be accomplished while staying within or above business plan objectives for gross sales and targeted gross margins.

- Solid computer skills, primarily with MS office tools to produce quality presentations and data for external and internal users of data.
