Sales Representative - New Homes

Job Summary

 

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the sales process. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, meeting prospective buyers, show model homes, homesites, execute documentation including all sale documentation, contracts and selections. The Sales Representative will track the progress of the loan, construction and mortgage process. This position is of vital importance as this person if the point of contact for future homeowners. All information and contact with the buyers will flow through this position. Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc. Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential buyers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.

 

Core Responsibilities:

· Meet and greet customers as they enter communities

· Demonstrate Model Homes and available homes

· Interact with customers and overcome objections and clarify questions

· Input and track all customers in company database

· Make consistent follow up calls to potential buyers

· Make sales including execution of contracts and buyers selection choices

· Ensure communities portray the company’s commitment to excellence and value

· Manage and Maintain model homes appearance

· Track home sales completely throughout the sales process

· Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure exceptional customer service

Education and Experience

 4-year college degree preferred but not required.  Good understanding of sales processes and home construction Previous home sales experience preferred No Louisiana Real Estate License necessary
