SALES TRAINEE – TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE
CHARLOTTE, NC AREA

Solid career opportunity with Centimark Corporation. We are one of America's premier specialty construction contractors looking for a Technical Services Representative/Sales Trainee for the Charlotte, NC office.

The position will support Senior Project Management in marketing our construction services throughout the Charlotte NC area.

DUTIES INCLUDE:Responsible for all aspects of the site inspection and bid generation Ability to measure and estimate material and labor needed to re-roof Communicate with customers Work closely with the sales force by providing accurate information for proposals May be responsible for inspecting roofs for the service department Ability to travel out of town occasionally

POSITION REQUIRES:One to two years of past roofing experience is needed Previous experience in Roof Inspections, Take Off’s, and Estimating Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is needed Positive work history Ability to work within a team environment Business or marketing-related experience helpful Two or four year degree is also preferred Solid mathematical skills are a plus
