Senior Development Coordinator

We have been retained by our client, an established Developer/Owner/Contractor, to identify, qualify and recruit a Senior Development Coordinator with LAND DEVELOPMENT experiences in the Student Housing or the Multifamily markets  - emphasis is on Student Housing Land Development.

Summary:  Manage development activities for new student housing, land acquisition, and project evaluation.  Create and maintain viable development programs, budgets, and schedules.Work closely with design and construction teams.  Establish all resources and activities necessary to successfully complete single/multiple projects of varying complexity.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Due Diligence - Project Feasibility Studies (development programs, conceptual design, Pro Forma/Development budgets, schedule).  Site Analysis/Evaluations (property survey, environmental assessments, geotechnical studies, utility availability).  Government Interaction (zoning, site plan approvals, research available government assistance programs, sales/use/property tax, university interactions and approvals).  Development Management - Solicitation, selection and contract administration of Architects, Engineers, & Consultants.  Other -Prepare presentations and due diligence reports, facilitate RFQ and RFP process for university involved projects, assist finance group with preparation of project financing.

CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO COLUMBUS, OH (client will pay some expenses)
