Senior Project Manager - General Contractor

 

Well established and growing General Contractor specializing in high end residential work in Manhattan is looking for SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to join our team & grow with us.

Applicants should have:

. Solid knowledge and experience in all phases of residential construction
. Ability to read drawings & specs
. Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel & MS Project
. Solid communication skills & ability to coordinate with subcontractors, field
personnel, architects, designers & owners
. Problem solving proficiency
. Excellent organizational skills
. Experience with all phases of a project from start to close out
. A desire to take on responsibility, be a team player & grow

Architecture or engineering degree not required but a plus. College degree required.
