The company has a diverse portfolio building general commercial including commercial office, retail, light industrial, warehouse distribution, and healthcare construction. but has a substantial interest in high density housing and mixed use residential construction  Position Profile:As the team leader this person must be able to establish immediate rapport and communication links with all project team members, consisting of different design teams composed of owners, feasibility consultants, engineers, architects and sub-contractors. Establish estimated price for projects, provide and manage schedules showing ability to complete, provide general oversight over projects up to $30mm. Expected Experience:Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience: - 7+ years of PM experience building projects similar to the project types listed above- Willingness to relocate to TN or VA- BS Degree in Construction Sciences or Engineering is a must- able to develop solid working relationships with superintendents and other project stakeholders- good written communication and negotiating skills- shows attention to detail and project documentation- able to demonstrate the initiative to make the project happen, not let the project happen- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills- able to demonstrate pricing that is win-win based - stable employment background and work history- Favorable references from recent and past “peer group” or direct senior management- Proficient in spreadsheet based estimating or estimating with software like MC2 or Timberline.- Proficient with project management support software such as SureTrak/MS Project and Expedition/Prolog- Willingness to work in team environment.
