The firm has a diverse portfolio which includes; Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Retail clients.  Their work includes both out of the ground and renovation projects.  What you will learn first when meeting these guys is that the majority of their work is from repeat business and after spending 10 minutes with them—you’ll understand why.  They are honest players who know and love their craft.  They are absolutely committed to producing a quality project.

 

Upon entering their office- you will quickly notice how well organized they are.  Offices are tidy, drawings are neatly placed and there is a buzz of activity.  It’s easy to feel the teamwork and friendship that this firm has fostered. 

 

We are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager:

 

As a Senior PM- you will bring 15+ years experience--along with a project list consisting of both ground-up and renovation work.  We are looking for a Commercial PM.  You will be an organized and efficient leader who thrives in a client driven environment.  You will prepare and present proposals, estimate, schedule, prepare documents, manage owner relationships and control costs.  It is critical that you have extensive experience leading ground up projects that exceed $15M and it will be beneficial if you also have been charged with leading teams of less experienced PM’s.
