This GC specializes in negotiated design/build projects, focusing much of their efforts on offices, education, hotels, healthcare, retail, multi-family, interiors, etc. This company also comes with a stable history and has a backlog of business to support its future growth. Our client has an established reputation, excellent name in the business, lead by example culture, and very open and team oriented environment.   QUALIFICATIONSThis Senior Superintendent would be responsible for the interior finish out for a $400M+ Hotel, as well as other projects.
