Service Coordinator for Alarm System Company
ASG Security is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This person is responsible for handling and scheduling service calls at the branch level. Duties include: providing technical support to the technicians and customers, completing service tickets, resolving billing issues, processing time sheets, maintaining proper equipment levels, and working the backlog.
