Service Technician

The Controls Service Technician performs planned service and "on

call" service for assigned company projects or as directed by the

Service Manager.  This individual will work mostly on the

customer’s premises and will maintain a high quality and high integrity

work ethic.  This individual will also pursue service sales

opportunities with customers in coordination with the Service and

Sales Departments.

Education

            Required: High School 

            Preferred:Technical associates degree

          Experience

Required: 4 years in HVAC / DDC as a system technician.

                        Preferred: 6 years in HVAC DDC controls as a system technician.

          Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

                        a. Must understand HVAC and DDC systems in general

                           and specifically the systems and components offered

                           by the company.

            b.Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain

               positive interactions with managers, customers and

               partners.
