Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor. The position requires dedicated Site supervision leadership and extraordinary attention to detail to provide oversight, best practices and expense control along with site level project management for several individual projects. The successful candidate will have experience leading a team, end to end construction site supervision experience as well as the ability to work within an environment that has constant change and help mitigate and minimize their impact on project delivery and pricing.

Experience must include:

·  All Pre-construction coordination, documentation and tracking.

·  Preparation and completion of all CD's

·  Pre-construction coordination with vendors to include ordering and scheduling of labor, materials, subcontractors and equipment

·  Construction management, cost controls and reporting

·  Post construction close out, punch lists, closeout documentation and contract closeout items

Site Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of:

·  Weekly agendas and meeting minutes

·  Design Specification Documentation updates

·  Schedule updates
