Sub-Contracts Administrator

We blend art and science with the organizational skills and teamwork to create landscapes of lasting beauty and value.We are currently searching for a Sub-Contracts Administrator for our Cypress branch who will review, track and process all contractor and subcontractor contracts.The Sub-Contracts Administrator is also responsible for:• Administering contracts in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications• Preparing and maintaining contract documentation• Coordinating information with corporate departments (Contracts, Property and Procurement)• Compiling, reviewing and analyzing contract statistics, reports and workload• Obtaining necessary manager approvals, making modifications where necessary • Preparing and processing Sub-Contractor Billings• Obtaining releases and waivers• Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company cultureRequirements:• Minimum 2 years of processing contracts in a construction industry firm or related • Bachelors degree preferred• Strong work ethic• Effective oral and written communication skills• Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment• Strong attention to detail• Customer service experience• Bilingual (Spanish) a plusPlease send your resume and salary requirements to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
