Other Job duties include, but not limited to: -Coordinate, schedule and sign off on interior and exterior subcontractor work. Identify any 'standards' deficient issues and communicate/correct with subcontractors. -Scheduling of any necessary corrections of any defective or unsatisfactory work previously performed by subcontractors to ensure satisfactory completion of such work. Qualifications: The successful candidate must have a two or four-year degree in Construction Technology or a minimum of 5 years of field superintendent experience with a minimum of 4 years of corporate level management experience dealing with the ongoing operation of numerous projects and must be familiar and experienced with the use of computerized spreadsheets, word processing scheduling. Must be willing to travel. Thorough working knowledge of construction budgets and be able to track all budget variances Ability to build and maintain a project schedule. He/she must have a thorough understanding of scheduling logic Must have good verbal and written skills and be able to professionally and knowledgeably interact with subcontractors and vendors Must be willing to put in the time it takes to get the job done  We offer an extremely competitive salary and benefits including medical, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid vacations and holidays and much more.
