Technical Construction Manager for Mechanical HVAC Contractor

Technical Construction Manager for Mechanical HVAC Contractor Knowledge and Experience: Read Mechanical and Construction Plans; DDC Controls; Centrifugal Chillers; Start Up and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment and Systems; Hydronic and Air Balance; Boiler Systems; Construction Management; Quality Control; Indoor Air Quality;These are some of the duties that this position will have:  Follow up schedule for performing startups and commissioning procedures as per plan and specs. Install controls and low voltage circuitry for HVAC equipment (Transformers, relays, solenoids, actuators, delays). Assist Customer Service Calls, Troubleshoot equipment. Assure Product Quality on installations. Test and proof systems; ensure proper operation for commissioning procedures Install hardware for DDC control systems (Panels, Thermostats, Board Modules) Assist Commissioning procedures and fill in Commissioning Reports. Perform repairs on equipment mechanical and electrical.
