These companies are currently looking to hire an Estimator and Project Manager with a desire to grow within their organizations.

 

We currently have openings for various Estimator and Project Manager opportunities in the Commercial, Environmental, Demolition and Flooring Industries





 

 ESTIMATOR

The successful candidates are responsible for the quantity survey and unit pricing of the job, cost managing, over head cost, setting the proposal language of terms and conditions for building that work.  Assist the project manager to ensure productive work environment as well as with initial sequencing of construction activities.  Will have support team.

Soft Skills – Must have a strong commitment, good work ethic with a desire to grow and advance within this position and a willingness to work long hours to learn system and complete jobs on time.  It is imperative that the candidate be personable, with a strong ability to get along with all types of personalities.  Needs to be a hands-on learner, having an exceptional ability to know how things are built.

  Hard Skills – Must be able to work with Architect and help realize their vision, have experience with case work and cost managing.Successful candidates will have superior analytical skills and be very mathematically focused.  Orientation to detail and excellent organizational skills are imperative.  Must be able to read blueprints. 

**With regards to Flooring opportunity, candidate should possess experience in the flooring industry. **With regards to Demolition opportunity, candidate must possess experience with demolition and Asbestos. 

 



PROJECT MANAGER

 

The Project Manager will be responsible for taking all assigned projects from conception to completion. Their work must be profitable, on time, in line with company’s high product quality standards, satisfactory to client. The Project Manager’s ultimate goal is to achieve harmony and satisfaction in any endeavor. 

 

-Must be able to read blueprints

-Must be an excellent negotiator with the ability to get along and communicate with all types of people.

 

**WIth regards to Environmental opportunity, candidate should possess experience with Asbestos.
