MGA ENTERTAINMENT is leading the revolution in family and children’s entertainment, developing a broad range of proprietary and licensed products by using new technologies never before applied to its products. POSITION SUMMARY

 

As an integral part of our dynamic team, the Account Administrator is responsible for ensuring superior customer service, as well as building relationships with Sales. The Account Administration team supports the Sales Organization in all elements of the Sales cycle; including but not limited to preparing and processing correspondences, supporting planograms, samples, item set up and customer maintenance. A certain degree of creativity, common sense and exercising independent judgment is required.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Provide customers with direction, guidance and support always striving to meet the company’s strategic objectives.Follow up on potential customer claims and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Establish relationship with account(s) and understand each customer's unique requirements, while ensuring to follow corporate strategies that will grow MGA brands.Communicate professionally and quickly with numerous departments, buyers, Sales Reps electronically, over the phone and in person.Manage and organize all sample requests/ Correspond with PD and /or Hong Kong in fulfilling sample request and contractual obligations. Support all sales presentation materials with production/prototype samples, documents and mockups. Provide Customers with images (hi/low res), CDs, sell-sheets for websites and buyer requests.Support all customer planograms with images, packages and product.  Create, maintain and update Customer Trade agreements and miscellaneous charges, programs and terms all season each year. Support and Maintain Customer Vendor Agreements and annual Certificate of Insurance documents. Manage all item data, specific SOC’s (special items) and Exclusive list for specific account. Create and maintain Customer Quotes (i.e. pricing, dimensions etc) with all relevant changes.Understanding of how the retail landscape and current trends relate to the customer. Work directly with all levels of Sales Management on development and sell-in product and programs.  Item Set up and Customer Website Management. Partnering with marketing and creative services to obtain current product information, image, copy, and mix information. Using proprietary MGA systems, uploading product information to account website. Updating Season to Season. Forecasts updates and maintenance as needed.Cross check media plans and follow up with order management to ensure in-stocks & product flow are in line to meet TV advertising schedule.Additional projects/work as required.EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

 College Degree PreferredMINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED

 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Administration with initiative and self motivation. Proficient with Microsoft Office/Vista including Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage all projects. Excellent professional oral and written communication, collaboration and presentation skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.Experience with retailer websites systems such as (TRU Extranet, Kmart Workbench, Wal-Mart Retail Link, Target Partners Online) Helpful, however, not required. Solution and process improvement oriented.
