We are looking for an Account Executive / Director to help us grow our business.  The position will be based in our Bourne, MA office, or a virtual home office in the New England area. The successful candidate will work with our team to support key channel business objectives as well as lead new channel expansion. The role includes a focus on developing relationships with the top talent and key hiring managers/ clients within our core channels.  This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to develop and grow a business, with outstanding challenge and earnings potential available.  We are looking for winners.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

§ Prior sales and/or marketing experience

§ The ability to develop strong working relationships with Industry contacts

§ Strong networking and presentation skills / strong Computer literacy

§ High energy and interest in working in a fast paced / informal environment

§ The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

§ Prior team experience and a strong desire to win
