Account Manager / Inside Sales

Momenta is a growing consumer craft company with offices in the US, Hong Kong and Australia.  Our products are sold in over 20,000 stores worldwide and we are currently seeking a talented Account Manager to help support our growth. 

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible, highly motivated individual, who will work directly with approx 15 mid-sized customers. This individual will also help support the National Account Managers.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong communications, organizational and follow-up skills.

 

The candidate must have a positive attitude toward a dynamic and ever-growing and changing work environment.

 

Responsibilities Include: 

1.  Develop and execute successful business plans with 15 existing mid-sized customers. Including developing product assortment and promotions. 

 

2.  Assist National Account Managers in supporting their customers including Wal*Mart, Michaels, and Target.

 

3.  Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing and Product Development to relay customer specific questions and issues.

 

4.  General customer service including order management and order entry.
