To learn more, visit us at www.ksandt.com Within the Koch Supply & Trading organization, the Accounting Supervisor is an integral component of the business team who interacts and works closely with traders, operations, IT professionals and other accounting professionals. The Accounting Supervisor actively directs the work of trade accountants within the group, helps facilitate new activity within the group, and acts as a liaison between the traders and the trade accountants. In this capacity, the Accounting Supervisor can also expect opportunities for travel within the KS&T global community to locations such as Houston, London, and Geneva. Candidates for the job should possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They should be proactive and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communications skills within a global, multi-cultural environment. They must have the ability to not only develop a perspective, but also to articulate that perspective in a manner that is understandable to individuals outside the accounting and trading environments.
