Accounts Receivable

Food Distributing company in search of a well qualified, experienced A/R clerck. This professional office is looking for the following: A mature person with impeccable credentials, references and background to help department assist with the duties of A/R along with other accounting tasks.

Responsibilities: 

 

Responsibilities include A/R, invoicing, cash posting, issuing credits, A/R calls, billing discrepancy research.

Solid relevant  A/R, Credit & Collections exp., solid computer proficiency in Excel and strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and planning skills with ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast paced environment required. Ability to establish relationships and maintain good rapport with customers.

Qualified candidates will require daily check deposits and posting of cash. Reconciling accounts and researching short payments and other customer disputes. Responsibilities will also include collections of past due receivables.
