This position acts as a key liaison between the district workforce and the Area / Regional management for Sales activities.Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Implement ADT defined strategy and serve as the primary contact for a specific sales channel (e.g., Residential & Resales OR Commercial & Small Business) to provide input and feedback related to Corporate Sales and Applied Marketing. Ensure consistency of field sales activities.2. Ensure corporate strategic initiatives are executed in accordance with corporate goals and budgets. Communicate new policies, sales techniques, and other modifications to sales management team.3. Advocate operating efficiencies and dynamics for a successful Sales Program in each District within the Area.4. Research and share “Best Practices” with the Sales Management Team.5. Achieve Area’s revenue growth plans. Regularly monitor results and address issues and concerns that impede positive results.6. Mentor, motivate and coach sales management team on lead generation, conversion rates, recruiting, and other critical areas. Develop and implement performance improvement programs for the Sales Management Team to improve effectiveness and to address performance gaps. Conduct performance reviews/assessments, as required.7. Utilize Performance Metrics continually to ensure “what gets measured, gets done.” 8. As new products and services are introduced, oversee sales team to ensure consistency in implementation. 9. Recruit, interview and select new sales managers, as required.10. Work with the Regional Sales Manager(s) and Area General Manager to ensure all financial and operational performance targets are met.11. Other duties, as assigned.Requirements:Education: College degree. Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales management experience within specific sales channel (e.g., residential/resales OR commercial/small business). Security/fire alarm systems field experience. Operational excellence/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
