Area Sales Manager (Impulse Division) - San Francisco Bay Area

We have an opening for a full-time Area Manager - Impulse Division residing in the San Francisco Bay Area to cover our Northern California territory.  Responsible for development and management of the profitable sales of ice cream novelty products and packaged ice cream, on behalf of Master Distributors into sub-distributor accounts, and to enhance the Blue Bunny cabinet programs. 

Other responsibilities include responsible for achieving area sales objectives assigned by Regional Sales Manager.  Identify and aggressively pursue opportunities with assigned distributors and retail accounts in assigned area by establishing and maintaining effective communications and professional relationships with the respective decision makers.  Maintain selling expenses at level established by the Regional Manager.  Train and motivate distributor sales and distribution personnel concerning Wells¿ Blue Bunny product line, and sales into core business channels.  Identify special event opportunities and secure these opportunities if profitable for the distributor and Blue Bunny. 

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity. 

Qualified candidates must possess an Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree, preferred.  Three years related sales experience and experience with Microsoft Suite along with a valid driver's license.
