Position Summary

This position will supervise all warehouseman assigned to his/her shift, including assigning job tasks. Responsible for checking all orders BEFORE bills of lading are signed or before ANY freight is loaded on to the trailer. Performs duties of workers supervised, including packing customer orders. Requires excellent knowledge of the entire warehouse SOPs’, efficiency in computer operations, and effective written and oral communicate skills.

Shift:  Weekend (Sat. & Sun) 10 am - 10 PM, one 8 hour shift during the week; work 32 hours paid for 40 hours.

 

Position Requirements

Requires demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills, and the ability to read and understand instructions, write, add and subtract. Must have excellent knowledge of the entire warehouse SOP's, and of appropriate forklift regulations and safety rules.

Minimum of five to seven years forklift operator experience in a narrow aisle PnP warehouse, including a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
