Associate Product Development Manager

A successful toy manufacturer located outside Philadelphia is currently seeking a creative, energetic, self-motivated Associate Product Development Manager in a face paced environment. This team player will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the development for product lines from concept stage to production. 

 

Qualifications and Responsibilities include:  

*Creating new product concepts as well as evaluating & recommending changes to the existing lines through market research and new trends. 

*Understanding costing, competition and the retail pricing strategies to help meet goals and objectives of the company.  

*Working closely with other members of the product development, creative and sales teams. 

*Communicating daily with overseas office. 

*Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 

*Must have strong written and verbal skills. 

*Must have computer skills such as Microsoft Office. 

*Must be willing to travel domestically as well as overseas.

*Prefer Bachelor’s degree with 3 - 5 years of experience in toy or consumer goods field.
