Status:  Full Time, Employee 2nd shift 90%, 1st shift 10%

Job Brief:  We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our Pretzel Bakery. This person ensures that we provide excellent product quality from our Bakery team at all times.





 

Job description:

• Ensure that product quality and presentation meets all standards.

• Supervise production for the Bakery.

• Ensure all items are labeled, dated, and rotated.

• Maintain high productivity levels, and ensure that schedules are kept.

• Ensure that production is done using correct measuring devices, and all recipes are followed.

• Enforce all safety and sanitation standards.

• Ensure that production and warehouse areas are kept clean and organized.

• Make note of all low inventory.

• Organize, stock, and rotate, while continuously checking and insuring freshness and quality of products.

• Establish work procedure to meet production schedules and deadlines• Set up machines, tools, and equipment

• Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance on equipment, facility, and tools, and troubleshooting.

• Training of production assembly personnel and assisting in their job duties as needed.

• Make adjustments to improve equipment performance and quality of product

Working conditions:

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time, up to 8-10 hours.

• Bending, stooping, climbing, and unassisted heavy lifting (50lb bags).
